Disc springs are conically-shaped, washer-type components designed to be axially loaded. We make disc springs as per DIN 2093, the deflection for a given load is predictable and the minimum life cycle can be determined. Disc springs can be statically loaded either continuously or intermittently, or dynamically subjected to continuous load cycling. They can be used singly or in multiples stacked parallel, in series or in a combination thereof.

Answer:we have carbon steel and stainless steel material , any material can make as your requirements .
OEM is accepted .if large qty there is no need mould fee .
2.Question: free sample is ok ?
Answer:sample for standard is free. sample fee is need for non-standard . but freight you need to pay for it .
of course , you can save the sample fee and freight if you place the order . special sample will send you to test. then after confirmed large prouction will start.
3.Question:How is your packing ?
Answer:usually about inner packing we have bulking packing(polybag packing) ,roll packing ,small box packing ,then put into the carton , last packed into the pallets .
4.Question: How is your quality.
Answer: we can offer you the related material report or quality export as your requirement.
Sample can offer you to test. about the the quality we can promise you the quality after the goods selled six month . if some wrong happens cause the goods quality ,we will offer you the best solution.
