About Flat Spiral Spring
Made of stainless steel strip, formation of the high-strength steel strip by particular machines.
A spiral power spring will naturally coil, develop elastic force and restore its original positon while being stretched.
The difference between flat spiral springs and conventional springs is that spiral springs are a tightly wound structure, whereas conventional springs is a Linear shape, or a spaced-coil shape.

Compared with conventional wire springs, spiral springs have the following advantages,

  • Elastic force maintained throughout the whole working trip;

  • Short Preparing time for Elastic force accumulation, achieve required force within very limit distance;

  • Material: material category, yield strength, surface roughness and other factors can all influence the service lifespan of spiral springs. Adopting SUS301 to make spiral springs can achieve the best effect on performance and lifespan.

  • Force value: different-specification display shelf pushers require different force value. XHX has specific equipment to test the values. By the end of the lifespan customers require, always be able to play a stable performance within the required range of force value.

  • Shape: after the springs achieve the required force value, repeat stretching the springs to its configured trip-span to do life test. The inner and outer diameters shall not exceed the springs' original dimension after the repeated stretching reaches the springs' supposed lifespan.

Display Shelf Pusher Spring
Shelf pusher springs are mainly used in shelves and display stand in shopping malls, supermarket. The springs adopted are flat spiral springs.
There are two types of springs, one is constant force springs, the other is variable force springs. Constant force springs provide un-varied power, while Variable force springs provide greater power to more goods and longer stretch, smaller power to fewer goods and shorter stretch.

Display shelves equipped with pushers are distinguished from ordinary shelves as following,
When the first object placed in the very front end of a display shelf is take away by a customer, the spring power will move forward those goods located behind. Consequently, there will be no vacancy after goods taken away. No extra labor is required to put more goods onto shelves until those goods inline are all sold/taken out.
Structure Theory:
It is the springs that activate the pushers to have moving function. Before goods are loaded into pushers or the pushers are stretched, the springs stop still in the front end.
When goods are put on, springs expand to a straight line and gain retracting function. They will keep the goods close to each other, automatically.
Cigarettes, drinks, playing cards, packets of paper towels, cosmetics, etc., can be put in display shelf pushers. And they can be arranged, massively, according to different categories.
